Solutions
All designs are made directly in 3D and are directly manufacturing and installation drawings. This will guarantee a smooth process from manufacturing up to installation at site. All machines and systems are installed in our facility and are tested before dispatach. Project implementation and start-up is therefore faster and from a significant better quality.
Slaughtering systems
DAS B.V. is specialized in design and manufacturing from slaughtering lines for cattle, sheep&goats. From an outstanding high quality. We have our design & production in our own control in a large and very advanced manufacturing facility. Our designs are focussed on saving labour, enhanced hygiene and increased efficiency. Extemely robust and groundbreaking concepts, new for our industry.
Waste water treatment
DAS B.V. does design and manufacture waste water treatment systmes as well. Waste water treatment is always an obligation for slaughterhouses but also for other foodprocessors like the dairy, poultry, fish and further processing industries. DAS B.V. design and manufactures systems like DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), MBR(Membrane Bio reactor) and SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor).
